Refund and Cancellation Policy for AICI-All India College Counselling Institute

We strive to provide you with the best college counseling services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below:

1. Refund Policy:

1.1 Service Fees:

  • All service fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated, except in the following circumstances:

1.2 Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In exceptional cases where services cannot be provided as agreed upon, or if there is a substantial failure in our service delivery, a refund may be considered. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.

1.3 Processing Time:

  • Refund requests must be made in writing to yashs@aicounselling.in within 1 days of the issue arising. We will process your refund request within 7 business days after reviewing the circumstances.

1.4 Refund Method:

  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1 Service Cancellation:

2.2 Cancellation Charges:

  • If you cancel your service before any work has been initiated, no cancellation charges apply, and you will receive a full refund of the service fees paid.

2.3 Post-Initiation Cancellation:

  • If you choose to cancel the service after it has been initiated, no refund will be provided for the portion of the service already delivered or in progress.

2.4 Right to Terminate:

  • AICI reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion if a client violates our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
